Alleyway System From Our Creighton Division

Corral work can be a highly stressful time for both ranchers and their cattle. Linn Post & Pipe provides quality alleyway system options to make the movement of livestock a cinch for everyone involved. Our alleyway systems feature the fastest adjustment available. The single lever adjustment can go from 30″ wide down to 18″ in seconds with the pull of a lever. It also gives ranchers the ability to adjust in 2″ increments. From large cows to calves, alleyway systems created in our Creighton Division will dramatically increase efficiency with quick width adjustments.

Single & Double Alleyway Systems

Manufactured in Creighton, Nebraska, the single alleyway system is constructed of all heavy duty steel. This durable system saves ranchers time, money and effort while working cattle. Built to handle all sizes of cattle, this alleyway allows work to be done quickly and easily. The heavy duty crowding tub can be set up to crowd cattle to the left or right, depending on your requirements. It also allows you to exit cattle out of the tub in two different directions. A basic system includes a 10′ radius crowding tub and 20′ adjustable alleyway.

A double alleyway system is the most efficient set up for loading out cattle. Twin side by side alleyways make a large 6’ entrance enticing for cattle to enter. It then transitions the cattle into a single alleyway before entering a chute. A double alleyway system serves well to keep the flow of cattle consistent for the chute. Outside panels are sheeted with 14ga steel but on the inside it still allows the cattle to see through. This means they can see each other but not get distracted by things happening outside the alleyway. Cattle then remain calmer and compete with each other to get to the chute, increasing the efficiency of your operation. A double alleyway can be paired with a tub or used with a Bud box, depending on your operation.

Alleyway System Features & Options

Both alleyway systems offer a variety of features and options to fit every rancher’s unique needs. These options include a built-in palpation door, a front palpation door, a large entrance, a catwalk and overhead no-back. You can also pair either alleyway system with a curved alleyway. This allows you to direct cattle flow in a curve to the left or right at a 90 degree angle.
